Public Conduct on Preserve Land

Access to much of the Pine Hill Preserve will be restricted due to the sensitive nature of the rare plants and their habitat, although portions may be open to the general public.

Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the protection of the health of the unique plant community of the Pine Hill Preserve for generations to come.

Please observe the following rules:

  • stay on designated trails at all times
  • do not leave any litter within the Preserve.
  • no smoking or any form of open flame or spark within the Preserve boundaries. Fire danger in this chaparral plant community can be high at any time of the year.
  • do not remove any plant, animal, or mineral materials from the Preserve
